When a food fad gets big, it gets big. Every dieter’s magazine, blog and show picks it up. People keep those magazines, re-post those blogs, and TiVo those episodes. So, when that fad is proven wrong, it can take years for the masses to get the news. Very slow trickle down. These fads were proven wrong a while ago, but are somehow still being followed.
Snacking, it is something to be controlled and also a behavior that we need to acknowledge. I’ll start with Bell Peppers! They are also known as sweet peppers, they are shaped like a bell to state the bleeding obvious and come in all sort of different colors such as green, yellow, orange, and red.
