The thing that makes this awesome is how filling it is, and how tasty it is. All that and it is 240 calories,...I just recently became calorie aware, and when you think about it, a big coffee drink at starbucks can be like over 500 calories. Really puts meals like this in perspective. I throw some tabasco and ketchup on it and it is as good as any sausage omelet I used to order. Nuff said.
