Amazing how unsurprised they are when you ask for no salt and butter. Totally easy. I was wondering how that was going to go. The one bizarre thing about this is that it has the word lobster in the title but crab is what is on the plate. Of course the place is called the crab shack, so there is that point to be made as well.
