Perfect omelette. I take the Silver Diner in Arlington over Mel's in S.F. anyway! I love the old 50's style! It doesn't have the sterile feel of a chain and they have some healthy food like this omelette! I actually hate eggs whites so the fact that they have the eggbeater option is great.
