I told them no cheddar on the salad, and had them do extra corn. Measured out a teaspoon of ranch. Good lunch no frills.

I did the same, no cheddar and also I asked for no tortilla strips, I SHOULD have asked for extra corn salsa!! Darn! Their ranch was good and I did keep track of how much I put on the salad...a good amount ;)
